DELEGATE MEETING PACKAGE

75* per person per day includes:

A meeting room set to your specifications as contractually outlined, pads, pens, pitchers of water, screen, podium, A/V table, extension cord, power strip & flip chart (Additional A/V at current prices.)

Additionally, your meeting package includes:

• Morning break with coffee, tea and breakfast breads
  
• Executive Lunch - Pre-planned menu of Hotel’s choice including dessert
• Afternoon break with assorted sodas, bottled waters, and light snacks.
• Discounted Welcome Reception (additional $25/person) with 2 drink tickets, cheese display and hot hors d’oeuvre (must be requested)
• A designated Group Services Manager to provide your organization with pre-arrival and onsite coordination of meeting space set-up, catering and special arrangements.
